Delivery

We will do our best to despatch goods to you on the following day.  However occasionally there may be supply problems or circumstances outside our control which may delay the delivery of your goods. We regret we cannot accept responsibility in the event of such delays.

Please note, at present we are finding that Royal Mail delivery times are taking longer than expected. So in case you want your stuff in a hurry we thought you should know that on occasion 1st class deliveries are taking up to a week.

Tax and VAT

Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT which is applied at the current rates.
Credit Card Security

We use WorldPay to operate our online payment system. WorldPay have been fully and independently audited as complying with level 1 of the PCI standards of credit card processing.

Returns Policy

We offer a 'no-questions' returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us at the following address and provided it is not damaged, we will refund the cost of your purchase (but not the delivery charge).
