I realised I'm really lucky!
Lately I've looked at my life in a different perspective and have realised I'm really lucky to have the luxiories (as my citizenship teacher told me!)that i do! I mean, you don't see a little african girl walking around her village listening to her touch screen ipod, do you? I feel quite ashamed, when I know I take what I've got for granted.I know i shouldn't but we all do it, don't we? I think all you can do is realise how lucky you are to have: a mobile phone or even a pencil case! I know it sounds stupid but it's easy to take even a pencil case for granted (children in African don't even have pencils because most of them are unable to get an education!)So next time you say to your mom or dad "it's not fair!" think about a young child in Africa and if they would say that!Don't take what you've got for granted and just...love your stuff!!!Recently Posted

I still have alot of the toys from my childhood and ive made the effort to enjoy them like i did back in the day. Ranging from Poke'mon stuffed toys to wooden trucks and railway sets. This action was a challenging one due to my nature and also due to my general use of most if not all the items ive collected over the years.
But nontheless i have achived it :D 26 March 2010, 03:31

I love some of my clothes but they are getting old and a bit frail. But instead of replacing them I have taken to fixing them, or where I am unable to fix them I have got a local tailor to do it for me. Instead of going out and buying another load of new stuff (which I couldn't really afford!) after looking at this site I decided to recycle some of my old stuff that was at the back of a cupboard collecting dust. Now the hall in my house looks really nice, and I didn't have to spend any money, or throw away things that were perfectly ok. 28 October 2009, 13:30jeans

"What am I to you?" She said. (Good golly!).
I paused for a moment to decide,
